The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Business Change Advisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide high-level advice to key stakeholders on change management approaches
Develop change management, communication and training plans so that stakeholders are fully briefed on objectives, milestones, tasks, actions and progress
Develop stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessments and business change impact assessments
Design and develop change and communication tools and training programs using digital and non-digital formats
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Qualifications in Training and Assessment and/or formal training in change management or a related field would be well regarded
Substantial experience in the delivery of change and/or training in the healthcare sector and an understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools would be well regarded
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
Temporary full time (6 months with possibility of extension)
Base salary ranging from $4 651.70 - $4 982.80 per fortnight
