About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager – Government & Identity Solutions, the Business Implementation Lead (Government & Identity Solutions) will work closely with Product Managers to execute operational plans, manage resource allocation, and support the deployment of initiatives that drive product and service adoption.
In this dynamic role, you'll also support day-to-day operations with a customer focus, including resolving payment issues, managing compliance and feedback, and coordinating updates across systems . You'll look for improvement opportunities and assist with product releases, billing, and purchase orders, while triaging technical issues, and responding to incidents raised by agencies or helpdesks. It's a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of projects and grow your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll deliver with us
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Risk to align program execution with business priorities and customer needs.
- Manage change requests by assessing impact, coordinating implementation, and ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Lead the resolution of program-related incidents, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage updates to policies and procedures while supporting regulatory and compliance activities to meet industry standards.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience or interest in government or identity-related work, who thrives on problem-solving and takes initiative. You’ll be well supported by the team, yet confident working autonomously, asking questions, and navigating ambiguity with resilience and curiosity.
You’ll also need
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with confidence and professionalism.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
