About the Program
The Connection Strength and Recovery (CSR) Program supports women and their children as they transition from domestic and family violence (DFV) crisis services to safe, stable, and connected lives within the community. The program focuses on building resilience, promoting economic independence, and reducing the risk of returning to DFV or homelessness services.
The Role
As a Case Manager, you will support women and their children exiting crisis care by providing therapeutic case management and group support. You’ll work with a trauma-informed approach, conducting risk assessments and safety planning that helps clients build sustainable connections and access long-term community support.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor of Social Work or currently working towards
- Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to do some work outside of standard hours when required
As a Bonus
- Extensive experience in domestic violence and/or Aboriginal family violence focussed case management
