We are looking for an experienced, energetic Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month contract. This role is central to delivering high-quality recruitment services across the district, supporting hiring managers and ensuring compliance with NSW Health policy and legislative requirements. About the Role
In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in line with NSW Health policy and legislation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

  • Interpret policies and guidelines to provide clear advice and ensure compliance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.

About You

  • Experience in recruitment, administration, or a similar role in a high-volume, multi-disciplinary environment.

  • Exceptional customer service and strong stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to interpret and apply policy, legislation and procedures in practice.

  • A growth mindset you love a challenge and bring strong emotional intelligence to your work.
