About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Grampians Health in an entry level position. The role will support the credentialing team process applications in Allied Health, Nursing, Medical and Dental. Your day will include following up on outstanding items, completing checklist and providing administration support to the team. (Credentialing is about make sure the applicants have the right qualifications and experience to be credentialed).
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The successful applicant will provided with training and ongoing support to make the role a success.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process emails and follow up on enquiries
Complete initial credentialing checklists
Send out reminders for outstanding credentialing applications
Lead investigations into serious incidents and thematic reviews, providing timely reports that align with established policies.
Assist in the coordination of Medical student summer placement, including the preparation and review of Medical Student application and requirements
Assist in the conduction of Scope of practice audits across Medical, Dental, Allied Health and Nursing
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Completion of Victorian VCE or equivalent, or administration experienc- e Ability to utilise computer software, particular use of Microsoft Office Suit
