We are currently seeking a Client Service Officer to join our Service Delivery team in Robina. This role is central to ensuring seamless client experiences, accurate allocation of NDIS funds, and strong engagement with clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you will:
- Liaise directly with clients, support coordinators, plan managers, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.
- Allocate and forecast client funding, ensuring services align with approved NDIS budgets.
- Draft and maintain service agreements, quotes, and programs of support.
- Monitor client plans, portal bookings, and upcoming plan reviews.
- Provide timely responses to intake inquiries and support leaders with documentation.
- Maintain accurate data across Carelink, SharePoint, and other systems.
- Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Great with numbers – confident in allocating funds, forecasting expenditure, and managing budgets.
- Detail-oriented – highly accurate with documentation and data entry.
- Client-focused – exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Organised & proactive – able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable with Microsoft 365, databases, and rostering systems (Carelink experience highly regarded)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines and funding processes (or ability to quickly learn).
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or similar (desirable).
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally as required.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
