About the role

The Client Services Officer provides specialist knowledge and support to University staff and students for information and technology services and works closely with their team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to the University community.


About you

To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of organisational and problem-solving skills and have the ability to apply technology effectively, to best meet client needs. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will enjoy working in a team environment within a client focused area.

About the Group

Technical & Digital Services provides information services to the whole of UNE to support all IT activities within UNE. It provides knowledge and leadership to support the academic, research and service activities of the University by deploying IT resources, either centrally or dispersed, across the University. The Directorate works closely with the university community to understand and support their needs in meeting the university's strategic objectives.
