  • Ensure clinical service time is accurately charged to clients’ packages or accounts.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Maximize the utilization of internal Clinical & Allied Health teams while maintaining strong partnerships with external providers for seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs of Home Care clients and staff are met with professionalism and care.

Training & Professional Development

  • Actively participate in mandatory training, professional development sessions, and team meetings for both the Resourcing and Clinical & Allied Health teams.
  • Continuously improve work practices and contribute to personal and professional growth.

About you

The successful applicant will demonstrate advanced-level administrative skills and an unwavering commitment to superior customer service delivery.
