About the Role:
The Commercial Finance Analyst will be a key business partner, supporting multiple business units and senior leaders with financial insights and reporting. This role collaborates across teams to ensure accurate financial outcomes, contribute to strategic projects and help shape commercial decisions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to provide insights on business performance.
- Assist in providing ad-hoc finance queries to the wider business, including drafting P&Ls for front line staff, preparing data sets for Board decks, and external reporting requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong client focused approach and the aptitude to interpret complex data relationships linked to operational processes.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting using tools like Oracle EPM.
- Prepare weekly executive reports and respond to finance queries across the business.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Your skillset:
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder engagement across finance and operational teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear, insightful analysis
- Background in Big 4 or mid-tier audit/transaction services
- Experience in a relevant industry sector

We are located in new offices in Rhodes. This role requires you to work five days a week in the office, where you'll be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
