Disability Support Workers – Logan District (Male & Female)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Disability Support Workers, both male and female for the Logan District area. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference and supporting participants.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting participants to maximise their independence, social engagement, and recreational abilities, both at home and in the community. We are looking for support workers who are kind, patient, and committed to building the capacity of participants to help them achieve their personal goals.
This role includes flexible working arrangements and may require availability across weekdays, weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants to live as independently as possible
- Provide personal care (showering, dressing, daily activities)
- Assist with domestic duties
- Offer social and community support
- Implement strategies and plans developed by allied health teams (e.g. OT, physio, speech, psych)
- Encourage confidence and skill-building
About You
You are a reliable and dedicated professional with a warm and respectful approach. You bring a minimum of 12 months industry experience and have strong communication skills. Most importantly, your values align with a person-centred approach that honours and uplifts each individual you support.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in the disability or community services sector
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently studying)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- National Police Check (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Reliable vehicle for the Transporation of participants

Pay: From $32.88 per hour
Work Location: In person
