About the role...
Reporting directly to the Chief Concierge you will be responsible for welcoming our guest, attending to their requests promptly and efficiently throughout their stay and maintaining the hotel lobby to a high standard. Your role will be to create an exceptional first impression.
About you...
- Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Gold Coast
- Confident communicator with the talent to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent guest relations, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
- Unrestricted driver’s license
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Proven knowledge in RMS would be a definite advantage
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
