Location: Bentley, Perth | Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

We’re looking for a confident and creative Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 12 month maximum term contract. This role is your chance to bring stories to life, connect with people, and shape how we communicate across the business.
- Creating and delivering engaging communications that align with our strategy and bring our purpose to life.
- Driving internal communications campaigns across multiple channels - think roadshows, intranet, digital campaigns, and video content.
- Advising on communications best practice and helping leaders and teams connect with their audiences.
- Monitoring and reporting on communications activities, measuring impact and finding opportunities for improvement.
- Working independently in a fast paced environment where curiosity, initiative, and creativity are celebrated.
- Significant experience in internal or corporate communications roles within fast paced medium to large organisations (if you’ve worked in utilities, government, or a similar sector this will be highly regarded).
- A flair for writing and storytelling across multiple channels. Coupled with strong content creation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence in building relationships and presenting ideas.
- Experience with intranet platforms, employee engagement initiatives, and project communications.
- If you have knowledge of current and emerging communications trends, plus an eye for how people experience information and messages - we want to hear from you.
- An ability to jump in, pick things up quickly, and keep pace within an energetic and evolving environment.
