We are a leading online art print business in Australia. We are looking for a customer support angle to join our friendly team. This is strictly full-time role, we do not consider part-time or casual staff, unfortunately.
You will join our team and work in our office in Blackburn North, the daily jobs and responsibilities are:
- Provide customer support to our customers - handle customer inquiries by phone call, chat, email.
- Help our customers choose wall art and provide professional recommendations.
- Look after the trade/wholesale accounts. Jobs include setting up the wholesale accounts and handling any inquires or requests.
Skills, Qualifications & experience
- Retail/Sale experience is a must.
- Enthusiastic about both art and interior design.
- Has basic graphic design skills or willing to learn.
- We expect every team member to grow with the business. We only take team members who are open-minded, with growing mindset, and willing to take feedbacks constructively.
- Self-motivated, can work unsupervised, independently.
- Accountable, Integrity and team player.
- Ideally, you come from home decoration, interior design, or property styling background, however, we would consider a talented candidate who has no experience but is willing to learn.
- Extra bonus if you are experienced with Social Media content creation.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
