About the Role
As the Deputy Principal, you will play a vital role in shaping a thriving school environment by leading efforts to improve student outcomes, elevating the quality of teaching and learning, and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships among students, staff, families, and the broader community.
Your Responsibilities
As the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
