We’re delivering for the environment, for our communities, for our customers and for our people. We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.
About the opportunity
Sitting within our Enterprise Brand & Retail Marking team, the Digital Content Manager will play a key role in crafting compelling written and video content across a variety of digital platforms. You’ll ensure every piece of content aligns with business goals while resonating with audiences in an engaging way. Working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, you’ll respond to briefs by developing content that drives impact across both owned and paid channels.
This is a 12- month fixed term opportunity.
What you’ll deliver with us
- Develop content in response to briefs supported by clear, measurable data to deliver effective, relevant and quantifiable outcomes.
- Create targeted content to support account managers in customer sales conversations, including tools, resources, and messaging that drive engagement and conversion.
- Lead agency-assist projects, working to connect stakeholders with agencies for smaller scale content uplift projects.
- Work with the relevant Marketing functions to develop effective measurement practices to attribute content ROI.
About you
We’re looking for an experienced digital content specialist with strong video and written content creation skills and a talent for storytelling. You’ve worked in corporate environments and have hands-on experience managing and contributing to business blogs. You understand how to optimise content for SEO and AI-driven search trends and can adapt your content to suit different digital platforms. Your writing is clear, engaging, and purposeful, helping to deliver content that connects with audiences and supports business goals.
You’ll also need
- Proven expertise in writing for a range of B2B audiences.
- Skilled at managing multiple high-profile content programs at once.
- Ability to adapt content outputs to a range of formats depending on the platform – long form, eDM, web, sales enablement and social.
How we’ll deliver for you
- Join one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse workforces in Australia, where we’re all ages, genders and come from all walks of life.
- We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment and Safety every day. They’re the TIES that bind our team together.
- Immerse yourself in the AP Way – where every single team member partakes in a learning module to help understand the vital role we play in delivering on our strategy and purpose.
