GoBoat is on a mission to make boating more accessible, sustainable, and fun — creating lasting memories for our community. We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Support team member to help grow our booking conversions and aid franchisees in strengthening their digital initiatives
About The Role
This is a sales-focused role that involves developing and optimizing digital campaigns, analyzing their performance, and turning data into booking conversions. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Design Coordinator and Trade & Wholesale Manager to maximize sales across both company-owned locations and franchise sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook)
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance, making data-informed tweaks for maximum conversions
- Provide clear and actionable reports to stakeholders
- Align campaigns with operational goals to maximize profits
- Support SEO initiatives (keywords, blogs, on-page SEO) and aid content marketing with strong, creative assets
- Provide guidance, training, and digital marketing support for franchisees
- Implement campaigns designed to maximize booking conversions and drive incremental sales
- Identify opportunities to combine traditional media (print, radio, billboard) with digital promotions — adding unique codes or URLs to gauge their impact
- Assist in budget and media resource planning — tracking ad spends and making data-informed suggestions for reallocations
- Support rich media initiatives — video shoots, photography sessions, influencer collaborations — ensuring content resonates with the GoBoat community
Bonus Skills (Not essential but valued)
- Ability to extract and interpret data from campaigns, booking metrics, and customer behavior
- Photography (with camera or drone) for high-resolution content
- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues (network, hardware, software)
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content marketing workflows

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and track performance metrics

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
