What You'll Be Doing
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end campaigns and digital channel performance across web, search, social, and email. Working closely with content, design and sales teams, you’ll ensure that everything from our SEO to social storytelling is meaningful, measurable, and results focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SEO, SEM and paid social strategies
- Build smart retargeting campaigns and brand awareness journeys
- Drive traffic through strategic content, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM-based automations
- Own the end-to-end email marketing lifecycle
- Oversee and grow organic and paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Work with designers and copywriters to bring multi-channel campaigns to life
- Analyse digital KPIs and UX behaviours to improve performance
- Recommend and implement website and landing page enhancements
- Track and report on performance metrics using GA4, Search Console, etc.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing (property/lifestyle sector a bonus)
- Proven track record in SEO, paid ads, EDMs and CRM automations
- Strong analytical mindset – able to read data and translate insights into strategy
- Solid CMS experience (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace)
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Brightfox, Mailchimp or similar
- Experience in optimising for lead generation, UX and conversion
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and great content instincts
- A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- (Bonus) Over-50s or lifestyle brand experience, or video editing capability
