Digital Marketing Specialist

SASMAR is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist. As a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including the highly-regarded Conceive Plus brand, we are committed to expanding our digital presence globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and our company website. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with SASMAR's business goals and target audience.
• Manage social media accounts, creating and curating content that engages our community and showcases our products.
• Optimize website content and user experience to enhance online visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct SEO and SEM activities to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and improving engagement with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, producing reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, google and facebook PPC.
• You must have a strong understanding of digital strategies and tools.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Creativity and a results-oriented mindset to develop impactful digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and content management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
