About the role

Work with the Digital Implementation Manager (Program Manager) to oversee the implementation of the Strive TechnologyOne ERP system. Support the project team through the planning process to identify and define the appropriate processes and secure the necessary resources to complete the work satisfactorily and within business constraints.

Oversee the project schedule, handle inter-dependencies, identify and mitigate project risks, and facilitate communication within the project team. Administer change control and review processes. Manage the project lifecycle stages and associated scope, requirements, design, data management and testing.

Key responsibilities

  • Experience in the creation and use of formal project documentation processes and artifacts.
  • Work Scheduling and Prioritisation of Tasks.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment.
  • Ensure quality outcomes through risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to understand abstract TechnologyOne information and communicate it to non-technical stakeholders
  • Effectively manage a team of experienced consultants and staff
  • Create relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop business cases, roadmaps, and upgrade strategies
  • Responsible for project estimates and all aspects of project reporting
  • Interpret plans and estimate costs

About you

  • 5+ years in Project Management experience
  • Applied Project Management knowledge in implementation of an ERP System, ideally TechnologyOne
  • Preferred experience in the Construction domain
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Apply problem solving techniques
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
