About the role
The Digital Sales Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the Royal Australian Mint’s online presence, with a view to converting visitors into customers. This dynamic role will support the launch and sales of our products through digital channels such as EDMs and our website.
Working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment, the Digital Sales Coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute both independently and as a part of a collaborative team. This position is ideal for someone motivated to make a meaningful impact on the Mint’s organisational objectives while also playing a key role to the operations of the branch.
The duties of this position include:
- Driving digital sales activity to grow audiences and engagement through owned digital channels including through Electronic Direct Mail (EDMs) and website.
- Supporting the implementation of digital sales campaigns including delivery of campaign and content performance tracking, measurement and reporting.
- Coordinating and writing content with the intent to maximise conversions of visitors to the website (product sales, time on site, newsletter registrations, etc).
- Managing content using Search Engine Optimisation Management to grow relevant traffic and improve the user experience on our website.
- Generating written content to promote products, including product descriptions, e-shop content and for EDMs.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging and persuasive written content for the Mint’s sales platforms.
- Developing and building monthly EDMs to promote releases.
- Ensuring sales content on the Mint’s website is kept up to date, optimises the user experience and remains in line with brand guidelines and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Security clearance
This position requires a Baseline security clearance. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
