eCommerce Coordinator
Full-Time | Melbourne
At Linden Cook, every piece tells a story, and we’re looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to help us tell those stories online. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a love of digital retail, and an understanding of what makes a beautiful and seamless online experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising our Shopify store, supporting launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, and ensuring that the online experience reflects the sentiment, care and craftsmanship of every Linden Cook piece.
About the Role
As our eCommerce Coordinator, you will:
- Upload and maintain all product and campaign content on our Shopify store
- Ensure product information, pricing and assets are accurate and delivered on time
- Strategically merchandise collections to support new launches, gifting moments and sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on digital campaigns, product drops and seasonal promotions
- Work closely with Customer Care to help troubleshoot and solve website-related issues
- Assist with content updates across key website pages (FAQs, shipping, store hours, studio booking info, etc.)
- Work with web developers to flag bugs or opportunities for site improvements
- Support on eCommerce shoot planning and delivery
- Assist in tracking and reporting key site metrics with a focus on optimising user experience and conversion
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of eDMs, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with campaign timelines.
- Support in compiling content and imagery for eDMs, liaising with the marketing team to meet deadlines.
- Edit and resize imagery for eDMs, website updates, and digital campaigns to ensure consistency across all channels.
About You
You’re someone who:
- Has 1–2 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or fashion retail
- Is confident using Shopify with basic knowledge of digital marketing and UX
- Is naturally organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Loves problem-solving and finding ways to optimise the online journey
- Is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Is curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- Has an eye for aesthetics and enjoys working in a design-led environment
- Understands how customers shop online and what makes a great digital experience
