If this is you, BCS is seeking to employ experienced High Intensity Support Workers. We have several positions available for immediate start. Positions are permanent casual for 20 hours per fortnight – hours can be increased for the right candidate – (Mon-Friday 5:30pm-7:30pm). Ideally suited for someone that lives in Sydney’s South West (Campbelltown). The role is covered by the SCHCADS Award Level according to experience and qualifications (Minimum level 3.1 $33.96 per hour).
The job will entail:
- Be willing to providing personal care, living skills, transport, other services and support.
- Carefully manage medications and complex care needs
- Offer specialised support for high intensity needs
- Keep diligent notes and records and follow care plans to ensure optimal support.
The successful applicant will have:
- Must be certified: Certificate III or higher in relevant field
- First Aid Qualification – current within 3 years
- Cardiopulmonart Resucitation (CPR) certificate – Current within 12 months
- NSW Full Driver’s Licence and access to own insured vehicle
- Provide or willing to obtain necessary checks: Criminal Record Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and clearance for working with Children.
- Experience and desire to support individuals with high intensity needs
- Must be an Australian citizen/Permanent Resident or have the legal right to work in Australia.
