About the role
As our Fellowship Exams Coordinator, you’ll oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of national Fellowship exams. Reporting to the Fellowship Exams Lead, you’ll manage timelines, resources and workflows, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvement to ensure a consistent, high-quality exam experience.
As our Fellowship Exams Coordinator, you'll also:
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of written and clinical Fellowship exams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Develop and maintain exam materials, schedules, templates and documentation
Lead operational training and support for exam roles, including recruitment and onboarding
Drive continuous improvement and ensure national consistency across all exam processes
Skills & Experience
Proven experience coordinating complex projects end to end
Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure periods
Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
