About the Role
This is a high-impact business partnering role, supporting decision-making across our national broking operations. The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in delivering commercial insight, driving operational performance, and enabling smarter financial decisions at all levels of the business.
With plenty of variety and challenge, this role includes:
- Working closely with operational leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Translating data into actionable insights that help drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies
- Leading the budgeting process and tracking performance against targets
- Supporting business cases, new initiatives, and ad hoc commercial modelling
- Collaborating with teams across Australia to improve financial visibility and understanding
- Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting
About You
You're commercially minded, curious, and confident partnering with leaders across an operational business. You bring a strong foundation in finance, matched with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to add value.
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion)
