We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Freight Solutions Officer to join our Freight Investigations Team at our Hobart Depot. This is a fixed term, full-time role with stable hours, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on warehouse work and office-based problem solving.

✔️ 12 month fixed term contract, full-time role at our Hobart Depot 8:00 AM – 4:06 PM, Monday to Friday Supportive team culture ️ Strong focus on safety, collaboration, and customer satisfaction
Your Day-to-Day
Respond to customer queries and handle escalations with professionalism
Investigate freight issues on the floor and within the depot
Conduct inspections and repack freight to meet customer needs
Manage admin related to damaged, repacked, and unidentified freight
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
Deliver real-time solutions and contribute to continuous improvement
Office administration
