ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Corporate Functions Team to deliver exceptional service across a diverse range of events and different service styles including courtside box catering, private suites, formal sit-down VIP events, cocktail parties and conferences. As part of our Catering Team, you may also work as cashiers and beverage attendants in bars and concession outlets during events.
Please note this is a casual role based on our event schedule.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for professional, customer-focused individuals with experience in hospitality in a corporate setting. You should be committed to providing excellent customer service and possess a friendly, energetic, and hard-working attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in hospitality in a corporate setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to confidently carry three hot plates, present and pour wine, and carry a full tray of drinks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanour under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
- Ability to juggle tasks in a lively event setting.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be over 18 years of age.

RAC Arena is WA’s home of live entertainment, music, and sports. Since opening, our 15,000-seat venue has hosted many famous superstars, including Prince, The Killers, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran, KISS, Celine Dion, and Katy Perry. RAC Arena has also given our sporting favourites an opportunity to thrive and excel. The venue has previously hosted the United Cup with record attendance and stellar players, such as Roger Federer, and Serena and Venus Williams. The Perth Wildcats have scaled new heights on and off the court by regularly playing in front of more than 12,000 people, transforming the CBD into a sea of red during their home games.

Working in the venue and event industry means supporting the delivery of events across our event calendar. This means that weekend, evening, and public holiday work will be required. We have lodged this role on our own site as we are managing this project directly.
