About the role:
The Guest Services Ambassador plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests, based at their offices in the Sydney CBD. As the first point of contact in the lobby you are responsible for welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. Guest Services Ambassadors maintain smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards.
This role is a fixed-term contract and will be ending 8th August 2026.
Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30 and 9:30am - 6:00pm on a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, manage check-ins, and provide orientation at events
Coordinate with security to maintain a safe environment
Assist with event setup, manage guest lists, and provide on-site support
Coordinate high-level visits and personalised experiences for executives and key clients
Collect feedback, implement improvements, and enhance guest experiences
Work with various teams to align guest services with overall company objectives
Maintain visitor records, prepare reports, and manage guest-related activities
Work closely with marketing, sales and even planning teams

Experience working in Hospitality, Business Administration, or high-end corporate concierge or a related field

Highly confident communicator and strong and professional interpersonal skills
