Barista Café Manager – Monday Shifts
Looking to pick up a Monday shift? We’re hiring an experienced Barista Manager to run our Monday Pop Ups
If you’ve managed a shift before and know how to keep things running without supervision, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Need Experience In:
- Barista Operations – dialing in, workflow, tasting, and training
- Opening & Closing – confident running a shift from start to finish
- Customer Service – fast, warm, and professional under pressure
- Stock & Inventory – keeping track of supplies and spotting gaps
- Cash Handling & Reporting – daily float, takings, and accuracy
- Cleanliness & Compliance – you leave the place better than you found it
You must have experience in training new staff, supporting trial shifts, and give feedback if needed.
