Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of talented therapists and support staff.

- Mentor, train, and inspire staff to maintain our high standards and deliver top-notch results.
- Occasionally roll up your sleeves to perform beauty and body sculpting treatments when needed.

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in beauty, wellness, or related industries.
