Your unique contribution

Become a key player in our HR team as a Human Resources Advisor, where you'll make a meaningful impact across our Pacific business.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you'll deliver comprehensive HR support and enhance employee experiences for your customer groups. You'll also contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, bringing a people-centric perspective to our business plans. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide HR advice, coaching, and support to leaders and managers across your customer groups.

• Lead the execution of annual performance, talent, and merit cycles in collaboration with the HR Manager.

• Support and advise employees on HR-related matters, fostering engagement and clarity.

• Manage employee relations cases including performance, conduct, behaviour, and probation.

• Contribute to the implementation of strategic functional plans from a people perspective.

• Assist with HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making.

• Coordinate Workers Compensation and return-to-work processes for Australia.

Your collective spirit of Talent

As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:

• Tertiary Qualification in HR or related business discipline.

• Experience in a HR role within a corporate environment

• Experience managing ER issues including probation, misconduct, performance

• Strong communication skills & a willingness to facilitate workshops

• Proactive nature & strong attention to detail

• An interest in D&I
