  • Ensure compliance with South Australian legislation, GFG standards, and WorkCover Performance Standards for Self-Insurers.
  • Attend medical reviews, case conferences, and claim review meetings to support early intervention and best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records in line with legislative and self-insurance requirements.
  • Contribute to audits, investigations, and reporting to support compliance and continual improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing early intervention initiatives and return-to-work strategies.
  • Promote a positive safety culture by supporting health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across site.

About You

  • Formal qualifications in injury management, rehabilitation, or a related discipline.
  • RTWSA Return to Work Coordinator certification (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of South Australian Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in injury management, WorkCover claims, and self-insurance compliance.
  • High level of communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and complex cases.
  • Proficient in claims management systems, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in heavy industry or self-insured environments highly desirable.
