What you will do:
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding strategic relationships with Visy Logistics’ most valued FMCG clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, identify and pursue growth opportunities, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that align with both client objectives and Visy’s broader business strategy. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

- Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives, negotiate contracts, and secure profitable outcomes.

What you will bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in account management or business development within a high-performance, customer-focused environment.
- Direct experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transport industry is essential, with a strong understanding of contract logistics operations and service delivery models.
- Stong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite
