Role
Full time position working within a small team across the North West. We are a growing business looking for a hardworking and positive individual. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, rubbish removals, yard clean ups, pressure washing and more.
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, being outdoors and is hands on.
Key Duties:
Assist with rubbish removals, loading and unloading items safely.
Operate garden tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Clean homes, interior and exterior to high standards.
Work towards taking on team leadership responsibilities.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you will be:
- Working with Vulnerable People Card (WWVP) – or willingness to obtain prior to start.
- A natural leader or someone keen to step up into a leadership role.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely and repeatedly.
- Previous experience with rubbish removal, property maintenance or cleaning (advantageous not essential).
- A strong, hands-on work ethic and positive attitude.
- Sound understanding of workplace safety (OHS).
- Good communication skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Current Police Certificate – or willingness to obtain prior to start.
- Truck licence (LR or above) – highly regarded but not required.
