- Receive, assess and progress land tenure applications, applying legislation and policy to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review new applications, capture and allocate them in departmental systems, and provide timely advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse information, exercise judgement, and make recommendations to support decision-making.
- Build rapport with clients and colleagues to maintain a professional and consistent service.
- Balance administrative tasks with investigations under the Land Act 1994, working with senior officers and team leaders on projects.
- Contribute to business improvements by identifying efficiencies and helping to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with your five-person team, share knowledge, and support colleagues to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Use departmental systems to capture data, track applications and maintain accurate records.
