We’re looking for a Growth & Funnel Marketing Specialist to own our growth engine—from lead generation and funnel optimization to paid ads and performance tracking.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Funnel Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan and manage funnels for multiple programs (coaching, AI sprints, training)
- Coordinate messaging across email, SMS, landing pages, and ads
- Maintain a brand voice that's clear, strategic, and empowering
2. Lead Gen & Paid Media
- Run Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Test audiences, CTAs, and automations to drive qualified leads
- Leverage AI tools to expand reach without losing authenticity
3. Email, SMS & Retention Campaigns
- Build evergreen nurture flows and launch sequences
- Use platforms like Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Instantly.ai to automate engagement
- Align comms with monthly growth targets
4. Performance & Optimization
- Track KPIs: leads, CAC, conversion, churn, open/click rates
- Present insights and improvements weekly
- Lead a fast-feedback loop of testing and refining
5. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with content, ops, design, and customer experience teams
- Prioritize growth initiatives and coordinate launches
- Keep everyone on track with timelines and KPIs
