BOQ Group are looking for a Manager, Technology Governance to join our Group Technology division.
Support the strategic governance of technology assets, policies, data, and forums across Group Tech by engaging with senior technical stakeholders and contributing to the quality and development of enterprise-wide governance practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Group Technology’s policies and standards remain current, coherent, and compliant with evolving regulatory and risk requirements.
This role plays a key part in asset health reviews, policy lifecycle management, and data quality assurance, while also providing secretariat support to governance forums. Success in this role requires the ability to interpret and apply technical standards, collaborate effectively with senior architecture and engineering leaders, and ensure governance activities are robust whilst maintaining speed of change.
About you
In this role, you’ll develop and maintain technology policies, standards, and processes that adapt to regulatory changes. You’ll streamline documentation for usability and compliance, partnering with technical experts to ensure clarity and alignment with enterprise frameworks. As the owner of monthly LeanIX data quality reviews, your championing of data stewardship and your process-driven mindset empower teams and support strategic decision-making.
Providing high-quality secretariat support for the Technology Advisory Council, you’ll manage agendas, track actions, and maintain governance documentation, including an architecture dashboard. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and build cross-functional relationships with senior stakeholders helps drive execution excellence, escalate risks and opportunities, and contributes to ongoing improvement and strategic alignment.
