Your Profile
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Practice Lead and ITSM expert, with a strong track record in leading multi-tenant ServiceNow implementations, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and ensure platform stability through strategic leadership and deep technical expertise.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and committed to continuous improvement, with a focus on aligning technology tools with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes
- N1 Clearance required Must be an Australian Citizen
