ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning automotive enthusiast to join our Stock Management Team. You will be joining a team of specialists who are responsible for reviewing all stock nationally. As a Valuer, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all assets are valued and allocated accurately and in a timely manner to ensure maximum returns for vendors and provide a positive experience for buyers. This is an ongoing, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm from our Belmore branch in Sydney. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct professional and accurate valuations on motor vehicle assets nation-wide.
- Enter valuations into Pickles’ Systems.
- Re-values motor vehicles that have had rectification work completed.
- Provide vendors with market insights and justification of pricing.
- Review damage descriptions on fixed price assets to ensure they are accurate and consistent, and update condition reports accordingly.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding customer needs.
- Problem solve and investigate issues relating to the above.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level.
- Understanding of motor vehicle repairs (advantageous)
- Sound data entry and/or administration skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
