About the role
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll:
- Provide generalist HR support across Western Australia operations
- Support recruitment activities in partnership with our Talent Attraction team
- Assist with EBA negotiations, HR projects, onboarding, and inductions
- Respond to general HR enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, Fair Work legislation, and visa regulations
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare quality reports
What you’ll bring
- Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software (highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, including the Fair Work Act, awards, and visa requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
