About the role

As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Provide generalist HR support across Western Australia operations
  • Support recruitment activities in partnership with our Talent Attraction team
  • Assist with EBA negotiations, HR projects, onboarding, and inductions
  • Respond to general HR enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, Fair Work legislation, and visa regulations
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare quality reports


What you’ll bring

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software (highly desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation, including the Fair Work Act, awards, and visa requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
