THE ROLE
The role of the Policy Officer is to support business, project and policy development activities related to family and sexual violence reform. The role involves supporting the Whole of Victorian Government Reform and National Policy Team with coordination, research, preparation of papers and briefs, secretariat and administrative tasks, as well as building and maintaining effective team and stakeholder relationships.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Support the development and provision of advice and policy recommendations.
- Assist in the development of reports, ministerial briefs,cabinet and agency submissions.
- Work collaboratively and assist the flow of information across the work unit,branch and across the department where required.
