Job Description
Your duties include but not limited to:
- Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture, you will provide Human Resources assistance with employee benefits, rewards and recognition programs
- You will coordinate the end-to-end recruitments, onboarding. and learning and development of the Hotel Teams across three properties
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure compliance
- Administer WorkCover claims and Return to work process
- Initiate and drive engagement activities and promote a positive culture
- Complete HR reports and projects
Qualifications
- Previous experience with hotels would be preferred
- Proven administrative, organisational and time management skills
- An understanding of Industrial Relations, Occupational Health & Safety legislation, Worker’s Compensation would be an added advantage
- Ability to work at a fast pace and with competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and being a people person with the ability to interact at all levels of team members
