Salary range: $5081.10 to $5516.60 p.f. (Nurse Grade 7)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
To ensure the successful development of a co-designed maternity model of care to respond to the needs of women and families living and accessing midwifery care in Ayr.
This project will require specialist knowledge of midwifery models of care utilising project management methodologies.
The project will undertake maternity models of care redesign to optimise community input and identify options to improve access and continuity of care.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this position.
Highly Desirable: Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
Driver Licence: This position requires the applicant to possess an appropriate license to operate a Class C (car) motor vehicle.
Travel: This position may be required to travel to (via small planes or ferry), and work at, other facilities located within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.
The successful applicant must be able to commit to this requirement.
