Are you a strategic relationship leader with deep industry insight and a passion for building ecosystems that deliver long-term impact?
Cotality is seeking a Principal Industry Engagement Leader to drive our external engagement strategy across the Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, and Broker sectors. In this senior role, you’ll be the external face of one of the most innovative businesses in property intelligence, elevating our market presence, leading partnerships, thought leadership, and events, and forging strategic relationships that turn industry insight into internal action.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading industry engagement strategies across key verticals to position Cotality as a trusted partner and market leader.
- Representing Cotality at senior forums, conferences, and panels, championing our voice in industry.
- Building formal partnership frameworks and managing key stakeholder relationships
- Collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing to support product adoption and co-innovation.
- Identifying and leading event sponsorships, co-hosted activations, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Providing market intelligence to influence GTM strategy, customer positioning, and roadmap priorities.
- Support commercial initiatives, tenders, and sector-specific growth opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
What you will bring:
You’re commercially savvy, credible, and confident engaging at a senior level. With over 5 years’ experience in market-facing roles or strategic partnerships, you know how to turn insight into action and conversation into opportunity.
- Experience leading external relations, partnerships, or engagement in SaaS, PropTech, or B2B environments.
- Deep knowledge of the Real Estate, Construction, or Professional Services sectors across Australia & New Zealand.
- Proven success shaping external relationships, driving brand positioning, and influencing without authority.
- A natural connector, strong communicator, and strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Confident in public speaking, content creation, and representing the brand at events.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
