About the Opportunity
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic, research-driven pharmaceutical environment? NICM Health Research Institute is seeking a highly organised Process Manager to oversee commercial contract management and operational support within our TGA-licensed Pharmaceutical Laboratory.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in governance and compliance will be essential as you maintain and enhance our Quality Management System, ensuring all operations align with PIC/S guidelines and TGA regulations. From managing training schedules and staff resources to overseeing equipment maintenance and warehousing, your leadership will help drive operational excellence.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 2 years. You will be based at the NICM Health Research Institute located in the Westmead Health Precinct, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.

You’re confident managing projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
