About the role
As our Program Support Officer, you'll support regional GP training operations, coordinating events and key administrative processes to ensure the smooth delivery of general practice education. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll work closely with medical educators, registrars, and program stakeholders.
As our Program Support Officer, you'll also:
Coordinate key training program tasks including recognition of prior learning, completion of training, and learning plans.
Organise workshops and education events end-to-end, including logistics, materials, and communications.
Provide high-level administrative support to Medical Education teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Maintain data accuracy across systems, track program progress, and support rural placement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Proven admin and event coordination experience
High-level customer service and stakeholder skills
Strong communication and organisation abilities
Intermediate to advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency
