What will you do?
- Plan and manage projects end-to-end, including schedules, resources, budgets, financials, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and apply project management best practices and methodologies
- Monitor and track project performance, adjusting execution as needed and analysing progress toward short- and long-term goals
- Engage and manage stakeholders, serving as the primary communication point between teams, leadership, and external parties
- Support strategic portfolio management, report to leadership, and drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations
More about you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with a background in gaming, hospitality, or highly regulated industries preferred
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects with both internal and external stakeholders
- Degree in business, project management or a related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification, preferred
