We are an independent, non-religious service provider which supports people to live life their way.
As part of The Benevolent Society's vision, we are strongly committed to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

- Portfolio & Lease Management - Support the national property strategy through portfolio optimisation, cost control, and lease negotiations, ensuring documentation and stakeholder engagement reflect strategic intent.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance - Maintain robust property systems, lead capital works planning, and coordinate compliance activities across fire safety, HAZMAT, and preventative maintenance.
- Governance & Collaboration - Contribute to FM model redesign, procurement processes, and internal briefings, while mentoring team members and championing inclusive, person-centred service delivery.
