Job Description

Opportunity: The City of Albany’s Property and Leasing Team is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join us as a Property Officer. This is a Permanent Part-time position of 30 hours per fortnight.

Reporting to the Team Leader Property, Leasing and Customer Service, this role will see you responsible for:

  • Supporting the Property and Leasing Team;
  • Assisting with managing the City’s Property Leasing portfolio;
  • Negotiating with tenants for the use of City of Albany property;
  • Undertaking property visits to ensure compliance with lease terms;
  • Providing advice on lease related matters; and
  • Maintaining an up-to-date strategic lease register.
