Status: Permanent, Part Time (0.39 FTE) (30 Hours per fortnight, flexibility around working hours).
Salary range: $76,393.14 - $96,765.61 per annum, pro-rata depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
Job Description
Opportunity: The City of Albany’s Property and Leasing Team is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join us as a Property Officer. This is a Permanent Part-time position of 30 hours per fortnight.
Reporting to the Team Leader Property, Leasing and Customer Service, this role will see you responsible for:
- Supporting the Property and Leasing Team;
- Assisting with managing the City’s Property Leasing portfolio;
- Negotiating with tenants for the use of City of Albany property;
- Undertaking property visits to ensure compliance with lease terms;
- Providing advice on lease related matters; and
- Maintaining an up-to-date strategic lease register.
