The business started in 2013 and our focus is providing our clients with the best experience possible. We are looking for a receptionist who is motivated and forward-thinking to join our team.
This key role is the face of our business. We require an enthusiastic and customer-motivated individual who has a polished presentation. Must have a strong ability to multitask with attention to detail. Computer experience essential - ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Your previous experience in reception/administration will be advantageous in gaining this role.
The workload is varied with responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Greeting clients, and maintaining the reception area and offices clean
- Answer telephone calls
- Booking client appointments / room hire
- General administration functions
- Manage mail data entry, stationery, and emails
- Good housekeeping of files, precedents, and other correspondence.
- Prepared to multi task and share responsibilities
- To at all times have a commitment to excellence that gains client confidence and satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
