We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house reception team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and professional operation of our reception area while maintaining high standards of customer service, team coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily reception operations, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
- Train, support, and lead the reception team, including scheduling and performance oversight
- Promptly handling customer inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Ensure reception area is clean, welcoming, and fully stocked
- Assist with event bookings, guest check-ins, and general enquiries
- Monitor and improve front desk procedures for efficiency and service quality
- Liaise with management and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and booking systems
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Experience in a leisure, hospitality, or customer service environment
